Price on setting timing belt

Hello, if you have a condition where you cannot start your vehicle, it's more important that you have a diagnostic test performed by a local skilled technician, rather than guessing at a solution. "Setting timing belt" - I am not even sure what that means. Testing of the fuel, ignition and air intake system, along with checking engine timing and compression is what I would focus on.
