What is your question?
My traction control light is blinking when trying to drive. RPM fluctuates between 1.5-2. The car will not go above 20 MPH. There is no resistance in the suspension I put the car in neutral to go down hill and it went down hill in neutral just fine close to 40 MPH. No check engine lights. Engine and transmission are not making any weird noises.
How long has your 2003 Volvo S80 had this problem?
Couple weeks

Hello, with the traction control light blinking, it sounds like there is some kind of "limp mode" engaged which prevents the engine, transmission or throttle from working fully so as to keep vehicle components safe and even you safe. It's important to get your vehicle tested to find out what kind of diagnostic trouble codes are being set by the warnings you are getting. Typically if you have a flashing or illuminated light, it means information is stored for review by a technician who can dig in and find out what's going on -- then work to resolve the concern. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
