After first diagnosis determined coil packs and crankshaft position sensor need replaced, I replaced them with new ones, why won't car start?

Fuel, spark, air, engine compression and proper engine timing are needed to start an engine. Also, having no anti-theft system influence is to be checked. Too hard to know online here -- hands on testing in each area is required.
