What is your question?
My timing belt broke while I was driving, losss of power, rattle noise, then engine light on, no over heat or warning. Questions is my engine interfer or non-interfer type? or how much damage should I expect?

Your engine is an interference type of engine and there may be bent or damaged valves. It is hard to really estimate the damage with out performing a leak down test and then removing the cylinder head.
The way we do it is to pull the head and inspect it for damage. It's likely you will have just a few bent valves and you can have the head rebuilt and re-installed. This is probably the least expensive route and as long as the job is done properly, a very good fix.
Thanks Dan, should one expect to have to replace the head, and/or valves, cyclinders too? Is it cheaper to buy/install a used engine? is this about a 20 hr job?
