Engine has rough idle with a/c is on

The throttle module (ETM) likely needs to be cleaned for starters. Check for vacuum leaks and check Engine Control Module for recorded faults. There is an extended warranty on the ETM because they had so many problems with them, you may want to take it to a Volvo Dealership, and have them upgrade the ETM software(this may be a free recall issue)
