MOST LIKELY THE BULBS. BUT IN SOME RARE CIRCUMSTANCES IT CAN BE A WIRING ISSUE
Ditto, the bulbs go out all the time on these Volvos. Replace both bulbs and you'll be fine.
Yes I agree. When all else fails, check bulbs. 99.99% of the time this will be the issue. If that does not resolve it, you will have to start fault tracing, or bring car to a Volvo specialist that can do it for you.
