Turn the key until the radio comes on, this should be the first position. Leave it in this position until the display on the radio says "CODE". Then input the correct code. I believe this takes about an hour.

If you check the operating manual that came with the car it will tell you what to do. I believe you need to have the car run for about two hours(the exact number is in the operating manual) continuously to reset the radio and allow you to put in a new code. You can wait until you take a long trip or leave the key in the "on" position with a battery charger hooked up until it resets. If you don't have the manual, let me know and I will look up the exact number in my book.
