Why is my car not turning on when I got the right Control Unit module

Hello, most times "control unit modules" of most any kind must be programmed to operate with your vehicle using a Volvo diagnostic tool. Naturally I'm not sure what module you're speaking off, but this is pretty normal. Most often modules are not "plug and play". www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
