Bulb display and steering wheel lock lever

What is your question?

There's an orange square, picture with a bulb displayed on the dash, what does that mean? In addition, my "steering wheel lever lock (the latch that allows the steering wheel to adjust and lock in place), was broken off by mistake, how much will this cost to repair it?

This means that you have a bulb out, check the rear taillights, it's probably one of those. I recommend replacing all 4 since they like to burn out. The adjustment lever is probably $25.00 - $30.00 and takes about .5 - 1 hour to replace, because you need to drop the steering column a little bit to be able to install the new one.
