take off your postive cable from the battry. wait about 10 to 15 seconds and put it back on. or go to advance auto store they might could do it for you

This needs to be set by the Dealer or any shop with the reset tool. Try an independent shop that specializes in European or Volvo cars. The tool is not free, so they have a right to charge, but $70 is too much. If you're a regular customer it should be free.
