Hello, Either the pump is producing such extreme pressures that fuel components are rupturing (not likely at all), or the fuel pump was installed incorrectly. Anything further would be a coincidence, or a damaged component from testing the fuel system pressure. Your technician should examine it without charge since they just serviced the fuel delivery system.
