Press on gas, hits 50 mph the car stutters and will not accelerate.

Had new radiator installed last year. Car has 155,000 KMS. No engine light. But just no acceleration, RPMs don't raise the RPMs, wondering if turbo has something to do with issue. Volvo S60 2.5T thanks for your help. Mike
