Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Whoa! That sounds like a hot mess! You may have a blocked oil trap. The oil trap is a PCV breather system designed to reduce the volume of hazardous fumes from a vehicle. As the engine runs, combustion gases escape from the combustion chamber and find their way into the crankcase. If it gets obstructed, it will push the camshaft seals out and cause a massive oil leak. Soaking the timing belt may cause it to break or slip off the tensioner or pullies, which may explain why it cranks but won't run.
