My initial reaction is - is the vehicle getting enough electrical power through the battery and charging system? This is where I would check first off. This kind of stuff requires hands on diagnostic testing. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
I checked voltage on the battery, both running and not running. Non running battery voltage is 12.4 running it's .13.7 There are no codes on the Cem or Tcm or ecm. Once everything shuts down I can usually cycle the ignition key to position 2,, 3 times holding the trip button in and everything comes back on. If that doesn't work I have to pull the Cem fuse and put it back in and then recycle the key 3 times and everything works. I might be able to drive 90 miles or ten miles before it happens again. I had the Cem reconditioned, but that's the only thing I have tried to correct the issue.
