remote starter

I was having my eye on that remote starter made available at Best Buys. You basically can use your smartphone such as I-phone or blackberry as your remote starter per an app downloadable. I think it is called Viper something. They are so sleek with real helpful features like alert for any burglary/vandal attempts on your car, and also you could remotely start your car even from anywhere you are since they use cell sites to get to your car's ignition function. Anyway, I guess it would not be a good idea either to get them if this device could only ruin your entire car computer or communication nodule.
