What is your question?

My 2001 Volvo s60 t5 starts jerking and driving sporattic mainly when the car starts warming up and gets worse the more it's driven. Rpm revs up like making a whining noise and jerks like I just rear-ended someone.

What makes this problem better or worse?

When car gets hot it's worse
