NJ State inspection failure (Comprehen componoents not ready)

Can you provide any more details, are these readings for the exhaust emissions? Do you have a check engine light on? If so, what codes?

no engine light ,, no code the # came from the par engine controllor

I have a very similar value for that same test, and all of the monitors eventually indicate OK, so I don't think it's very important. IOW: I'd pass state inspections, were I to be in a state where you need them.
