What makes this problem better or worse?

it was bad when I first started driving it and after 1 mile and I stopped to park , it lodged forward.

You need to start with scanning the system for trouble codes. If it's misfiring badly it could be a bad coil, injector, compression, vacuum leak, engine sensor. There are many possibilities here. I filled the tank with gas at a murphy truck stop gas station along the highway yesterday. Its not some place I normally go. I was wondering if it could be some really bad gas(water in it)? The tank is half full now. Im scared too drive it to a pep boys for a scan.
