Step 1. Turn key to ignition position 1 Step 2. Press and hold the odometer trip 1 reset button and wait for the odometer to set to zero. Step 3. With the trip reset button still pressed, turn the key forward to position 2. Step 4. Keep the trip reset button pressed until the yellow light starts to blink. When this happens release it immediately. That's it, the service warning message in your Volvo should be reset.
