keys cannot be remove from ignition

Be sure the car is fully engaged in 'Park' and the key is turned fully to the 'off' position. When this is confirmed the key should come out. If not, aggressively wiggle the key in an up down motion being careful not to break the key off in the lock. If this fails, take it to a mechanic, they should be able to remove the key.
