Convertible top stuck in mid-air it won't go down it won't go up it just stop moving one way or the other no noise just stopped

Hello, either something has created resistance to the point where the power mechanism will not continue to operate, or there is a concern with the power or operation of the convertible top system - via the convertible top control unit that is on board.
