have a bad vibration at 30-55 mph noticed that the upper motor mount or stablizer that the bolt is out out alignment. could the lower mounts cause the vibration? also it only occurs under power, decelration has no vibration the left cv jount was replaced cv and balance rod I need to try and fix this before I buy the car.......

Have you tried to address something as basic and simple as checking the tires for proper balancing? It's hard to say what the vibration is based off of description alone; feeling the vibration really helps the diagnosis. A technician addressing the vehicle would be best.
You might have to replace one or both of the drive axles. Fairly common that the inner cv joint wears in such a way that it causes a vibration when accelerating. Having said that, always check the basics like DaveJHM said.
