You'll probably have to replace the entire assembly- lens and all. Its probably a one-piece unit that plugs into a wiring harness.

The housing has a few 10mm nuts that hold it on from inside the vehicle, you can see them when you are replacing the bulbs. You'll need to remove all the nuts and replace the entire tail light housing.
