shakes while sitting idle and while driving what could be the cause of this?

no I have not im not good in the mechanic part so im not too sure what to look for and I don't have a mechanic that knows much about volvos

Just look around the circumference of the engine and you see parts that connect the engine to the frame of the vehicle. Have someone start the vehicle and observe these connections. If the engine connection moves a lot in the middle or the center bushing is ripped or worn, the motor mounts could very well be the issue. Don't need a volvo mechanic as long as they know about motor mount function. Good luck!!
