Possibly a sticking idle control valve, but you need to have a diagnosis performed to know for sure. Are you planning on fixing this or taking it to a shop?

probobly a sticking icv and throttle body need to be cleaned full of carbon easy fix pull and clean with throttle body cleaner and replace icv pretty cheap part i think $35 dollars also the last thing that could cause it is the throttle positionig sensor i think they run $50-$70 dollars two bolt easy fix let me know
