What is your question?
My 940 wagon is almost perfect... except for one discontinued part I need. The vacuum bellows apparently helps channel the air from the AC. When I accelerate, the air no longer comes out of the dash outlets. But when I take my foot off the pedal, the air blows out of the dash vents. Having the air coming from the dash outlets is necessary in summer driving weather. I have scoured the net, and cannot find a new or used version of this part. Help!
What makes this problem better or worse?
Foot on the gas determines where AC air is channeled.
Note : Lower engine rpms produces ‘more’ engine vacuum - accelerating (higher rpms) ‘diminishes’ engine vacuum .. A leak anywhere in the vacuum supply circuit will cause the same problem.
Ow ‘IF’ you need the vacuum control diaphragm - try eBay.. IF not available there - GOOD LUCK!
