Why are my low beam lights out but have all other lights?

Hello, The issue may be with the headlamp switch, though it is unclear whether or not you replaced the switch. In this situation, I would turn the headlights from off, to low-beams in order to listen for the relay to click on. You have to isolate where power stops. I would check at the headlight bulb first. then the relay, then the switch.
