Changing rear speed sensor at differential-sway bar in way?

You may have to loosen the sway bar if its getting in the way. Alex

No need to remove anything. If you have a helper make them lift the rear of the car while you slide it in. If you don't have a helper put a jack under the hitch receiver or other structural part.
