It is under the luggage compartment floor in the rear of the vehicle in the older Toureg. Don't you have an owners manual? Your saying the dealer didn't know? Ask the dealer for the 800 number to corporate to find out.

Believe it or not, I was told that in the 2006, it is under the driveR's seat.
