Power steering not working

What is your question?

Bought a 2013 used Tiguan from a Subaru Dealership. After I drive it for a few, turn it off, get back in the power steering light comes in and total loss of power steering. But then it cools down, and starts up fine with no issues with the steering. Until I turn it off again. They can't find anything wrong with it at the Subaru Dealership.

What makes this problem better or worse?
