What is your question?
When the build up happened the first time it happened after I had gone over 55 mph. from the on anytime I hit the gas it would shake. Today I started gaining speed, maybe hit 45 mph and it made a noise so I stopped. It then made what sounded like the shaking noise from the first time, just very faint and quiet, and the car wasn't shaking yet. I have to take the highway later where I will hit 70/80 so do you think the car is fine if I just leave it for a few hours, what can I do to avoid it having a carbon overload?
What makes this problem better or worse?
hitting the gas pedal/going fast
How long has your 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan had this problem?

Hey, my name is Dusty and I'm one of the auto experts with RepairPal's Car Genius team here to help! To prevent further carbon buildup in your Tiguan, ensure you're using high-quality fuel that matches the rating specified in your owner's manual, this may sometimes be found on the fuel filler door or fuel cap as well. Regularly driving at higher speeds can help burn off carbon deposits. However, if you suspect carbon buildup again, it's best to address it promptly and have the car inspected by an experienced professional to determine the cause of the noise and shaking to prevent further issues on your highway drive.
