What is your question?
My dashboard lights all come on and also my brakes push back against my foot when I push on the brakes. It does make a grinding noise but only when it is pushing back. What I'm noticing most is, the brakes will start pushing back against my foot and not too long afterwards, the dashboard lights up full panel, and the brakes start working fine. I just had new brakes and drums put on about a year ago. Nothing else seems to be malfunctioning with the car. It runs great.

doesn't seem to matter the situation

Hello, it sounds like a traction control or anti-lock brake system issue. Either sensor, wiring or even lack of system voltage available to operate properly. I would suggest looking into this first with a trained technician near you. This may or may not be related to the brake maintenance performed.
