Why do I have to keep putting antifreeze in my vehicle?

What is your question?

I have to put antifreeze in my vehicle every 4 to 5 days. Is there a hole in the reservoir or the radiator? No smell or different sound coming from the vehicle. Runs cool just not as cool as when I first put antifreeze in it.

What makes this problem better or worse?
