why won't my rear sliding doors work on my VW Routan

What is your question?

Both rear electric sliding doors stopped working suddenly. They will function manually, but not with the overhead button or the keypad remote. I went and had the battery tested, checked manual disengage button, checked child safety locks. Not sure where to turn next.

Lots to be tested here, and you have to have proper equipment, shop manual instructions, and know how. Not a do-it-yourself kind of system. You've done pretty much all -- and maybe more than - most owners can test.
