Why is my tachometer running high, temperature gauge seems to be getting higher

Hello, Do not drive this vehicle. I suspect you have a bad head gasket or cracked cylinder head. When the car is cool, check the oil dipstick to see if there is a milky residue with the oil. Also when the car is cool, check the coolant with a combustion gas detection kit to find if there is a leak between the cooling system and the combustion chamber.
