Why won't the left side (driver side) 3rd row seat to up or down ?

What is your question?

The seat does disengage from the floor but only right side of the left side seat moves to fold and the left side will not fold. So the back rest of the left seat is stuck with right side folded and left side halfway.

This would require a hands on inspection. Something may be jammed or stuck. It's hard to pinpoint without looking at it. Alex
