Where is the radio fuse for a 2018 VW Passat SE 2.0T

Fuse panel "C" has fuses for the "Front Information Display Control Head" (J685), "Information Electronics Control Module 1" *J794), "Navigation System Control Module" (J856). This fuse box appears to be to the left lower side of the steering wheel under the dash. Be advised that a "blown fuse" is an unlikely cause of component failure. You may very well have a software or internal audio unit concern. Make sure you have no cables attached - phone, USB, etc - to the vehicle. Smart phone software and hardware can compromise car audio operation. Testing requires diagnostic tools - Volkswagen compatible body module interface.
