At the gas pump, I was gonna pump fuel but the door will not open. Before this, I was changing almost all light bulbs of the car to led. Could this have something to do with my present situation?

Hello, sure it could. If there is a related circuit to the fuel door, it could cause a voltage issue for sure. You'll need a wiring diagram to figure it out. Note that LED's require completely different controls and wiring and modules than conventional lights. There will always be complications. It's just not worth it to swap. Obtain a car you want with the equipment you want, and you won't be risking this and other yet to be determined troubles.
