The dealership can’t figure out why the DEF auto shutoff keeps coming on

The dealership has unsuccessfully attempted to resolve the issue, most recently had my vehicle for 10 weeks. The DEF sensor indicates low DEF when it is full and causes the auto shutoff light to come on. This is the 4th time now which this has occurred. Each time having to tow the car. I am 477 miles into a trip and was getting ready to stop at hotel and now I am considering letting the car run all night in order to drive it to a dealership within 50 miles. This is very frustrating. It is all warrantied, but if it can’t be resolved, I’m thinking a new vehicle may be in order.
