Push key in start...but hesitant like it’s the battery. The engine light is on. Slow take off. A couple of days it’s been doing this. Today it took a couple try’s before it started. It’s not shaking but sounds bad to me on the outside.

It is sounding more like an engine performance problem causing difficulty starting and when started poor running. It's going to take some hands on diagnostic testing by a skilled mechanic to determine what is going on.
