Car stalled while driving and will not crank

Maybe it is. It will have to be checked to see if it can manually turn with a breaker bar socket wrench on the crankshaft. Aside from that, the battery and charging system could have failed, resulting in insufficient power to crank the engine over. Hands on inspection will provide the needed answers.
