The air conditioner works ok but suddently it turns off.

Make sure the cooling system is full so the ac can operate without a hot shut off. Then from there you'll need to have it checked for a good full charge and sensor operation. German cars have a lot of neat parts that all have to work perfectly for anything to operate as designed, little variances even in the line pressure can shut the compressor down
