More and more often my car is not getting into next gear. I'm on the gas paddle it makes the sound of acceleration but it is not moving. I go of the gas, and most likely the car gets back into gear when pushing the paddle slowly. It happens more and more often, sometimes I hav to stop the car for a few minutes, then it will drive again. There is no check engine light or any warning light on. Do I need a new transmission or and is this a common problem on the 2007 VW Passat. Thank you kindly, Petra
