What is your question?
Got the intake cam replaced along with the fuel pump tip and cam follower. Had dealer check my work and redo the install along with timing due to car stalling after my work was completed. They found timing to be off due to a failed chain tensioner, so they replaced that. They changed my oil and found a lot of metal floating around so I had them drop the oil pan and look in to a low oil presure code they were getting for the bottom of the engine. Ended up finding 1/8"-3/16" this of metal residue and my old fuel pump tip on the oil pan. They said the oil pickup screen was clogged and probably needed 4 more oil changes before metal might be fully cleared out along with more oil pan drops and pickup screen cleanings. Firing codes 0341 p2293 p0087 p000a. Can't really drive my car further than 5 minutes before engine heats up and EPC light comes on and stalls my car every time I stop. They claim I need a new engine as they couldn't fix the stalling but they said you could try the oil changes and see if it fixes it. Recommendations? I've replaced my n205 sensor camshaft position sensor 3 months ago, so that should not be bad. I've attached a strong magnet to the oil pan bolt to hopefully collect as much metal as possible in between oil changes. dealer changed the oil twice and quoted me 8,800 for a new engine. My car is worth 4600 if the engine was functioning.
