Are there two engine fuse boxes and where is the radio fuse

What is your question?

The manual lists an upper and lower engine fuse box. I only see one. Moreover the manual diagram doesn't match what I see in the box. My radio is dead. assume it's a fuse. But I can't locate the radio fuse.

What makes this problem better or worse?
