Vibration felt through the seat, inner front tires worn

At 35 to 40 mph I feel like a wobble through the seat at 60 and up I feel a vibration through the seat. Bought new wheels, new tires, balanced, alligned. Still have the vibration/wobble. Sis month later the front inner side of the tires are worn to the max. Rest of the tire is good the rear ones are like new. Help
