very possible the second hand alternator and or the battery are bad. most all parts stores will test,free of charge.why did you change both the alternator and the battery to start with?

Alternater went first and it drained the battery so just got secondhand of both battery and alternater and battery is still draining

testing will show if the alternator is bad,if so alternator will need replaced,and probably nothing wrong with either of the batteries,except needs charging with a battery charger.
