Noise after replacing cv axle and strut drivers side

Changed front end cv axle and strut both now a grinding noise on drivers side noticeable does drive ok but alittle more rough since new struts

What makes this problem better or worse?

Not moving

If the noise was not there before the repairs then check over your work. Take a look at the dust shields. They may have been bent when the work was performed. Alex
