The air conditioner blows out hot air even after having all parts changed.

Everything has been changed to fix this AC. The only used part is the compressor, but it still blows hot air. What could be the issue? It's been flushed, oiled and everything.The line holds the coolant but nothing pushes through the cold air. There are no noises and no leaks.

"Used part" - that concerns me greatly.
