In cold weather my coolant light flashes and beeps a few seconds after starting.

Had same symptoms 6 weeks ago, water pump. Drove a mile down the road, shutoff the car, started it, alarms went away. Had 105k mileage, requested they change the timing belt during this repair - preventative maintenance.
